CARS+ will identify and investigate current issues to develop policies as guidelines for action and training.
CARS+ will provide ongoing professional support to chapters and individual members and address the concerns
of Special Education Teachers.
CARS+ will represent and protect the interests of the Special Education Teachers
by proactive involvement with the State Legislature, California Department of Education, and local, state, and
national organizations.
CARS+ will increase public awareness of special education students and the programs that serve them.
CARS+ will expand membership and increase active involvement at chapter, region and state levels.
CARS+ will have a stable state organization that facilitates the accomplishments of CARS+ goals.
