Program Manager, and Support Staff with Darlene Sapienza, and Junnie Victorio. EPS (Educators Publishing Service)
will be hosting the event with refreshments and special surprise treats, courtesy of Representative Patti
Yoshihara (at the invitation of the San Diego CARS+ Board). Special Educators will get a glimpse of new product
lines and oldies but goodies that most experienced people still rely upon. SO get there early to preview materials
on display!!

Come with your questions and also learn the latest Encore updates, review compliance reports and printing
of reports. You will find out about how to use job aides, and how to draw upon your Encore Support Staff
when you need to problem solve a situation.
