The (CCEE) is a statewide agency that exists to "advise and assist" local educational agencies to acheive their Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) (EC 5207.4) 
This agency and the California Department of Education (CDE), has formulated a process by which the following resource leads, and initiatives are implemented and run by County offices.
