For many teachers and students relaxing means zoning out in front of the TV after a stressful day; but, this does little to combat the damaging effects of stress.Breathing, specifically abdominal (belly) breathing can reduce heart rate and blood pressure while expanding lung and diaphragm.
BRAINOLOGY: A growth mindset that is where students “believe that intelligence is potential that can be can be realized through learning”.
