Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for the event is by purchase order, check (payable to "CARSplus"), PayPal,                      or credit card only.

• Requests for cancellation refunds must be received in writing by mail and postmarked by January 31, 2025             (There is a $50 processing fee taken from all cancellations) 
• Any cancellations postmarked after January 31, 2025 will be non-refundable
