Prior to his work with Franklin Covey, Bryan spent nine years in retail business specializing in customer service. He resolved escalated complaints and coached other managers on resolving problems effectively. He also supervised service technicians. Bryan worked for a consulting firm where he created technical systems related to marketing, hiring, documenting procedures, tracking foot traffic, and scheduling employees. Bryan also taught Spanish at the junior high school level. Bryan has taught groups of all sizes representing most major industries including technology, health care, insurance, petroleum, finance, mortgage, retail, and investment banking. He has also worked successfully with educational organizations and other government agencies. Bryan is part of Franklin Covey’s Speaker’s Bureau and is often invited to deliver keynote speeches.
